Mediation
If your business is involved in a dispute, going to court is not always the best alternative. Sometimes engaging in a pre-suit mediation may resolve your problems without the expense and time involved in a law suit.
Arbitration
Occasionally an arbitration clause may be contained in a business contract you have signed. Sometimes these arbitration clauses are mandatory. We are experienced in arbitrating a variety of claims under the laws of the State of North Carolina and through Arbitration with the American Arbitration Association.
